Today the classmates of the twins had it.
While shopping some months back, i stumbled upon a breathtaking array of knitting wools and crotchet pins...a big variety indeed... single colour, double colour, bright and beautiful, great and small.
Memories of my childhood kept me transfixed, gazing at these DIY kits( do-it-yourself). ππ So I purchased the much I could afford and could not wait to get home and tutor my girls on the forgotten art of crocheting to make ruffles.
The teaching process was far from free and fair.
π¬π¬
One twin is righthanded ππwhile the other twin is...you guessed right...left-handed ππ
Somehow i was able to impart the ancient skill of crocheting to my ever eager, ready to learn offsprings.
They both embarked upon creating their own custom handmade hair ruffles different in both shape and colour.
School resumed and they could not resist the urge of displaying their handcrafted designer ruffles.
One of their new friends in class boasted of her ability to differentiate them ...by their ribbons.
πππ
All continued to go well until today, when for some unknown reason, the twins swapped their hair ruffles and went to school.
Come and see identity imbroglio ...!!
ππ
The classmates of Rosemary were calling her Maryrose and asking her to return to her class...
π³π³
The classmates of Maryrose were surprised that Rosemary was sitting in their class and urged her to go back to her own class.
ππ
Finally the twins revealed their secret of ribbon-swapping...
ππ
Somehow, the teachers were too busy too notice the change in ruffles....
ππ
So by tomorrow their friends will take a loooong look at their faces...
ππ
before they attempt to call their names...since the ruffle identity is no longer reliable!!
