To meet Jesus Christ, it is not necessary that you become a prayer book, that you know all the chapters and verses of the Bible (without denying that it is important to know and apply it), with many rosaries hung on your neck accompanied by scapulars, innumerable number of stamps with the images of all known saints stored in your wallet or in the bible that you probably never read, that you know by heart the religious celebrations, that you attend all the Temples in Holy Week, make the journey behind the images of El Nazareno, La Dolorosa, Jesus in the Holy Sepulcher, continue listing would convert this post into an encyclopedia, for the length of the content.
I am not trying to say that what has been described above lacks importance and religious validity (I do it myself); What I intend is to capture what is truly to meet with our beloved Christ Jesus.
Meeting with him is to live according to his teachings, according to what is written in the bible.
Whenever a difficulty arises, the opportunity to help someone known or unknown, get a triumph, ask yourself the following question: What would Jesus do in my place?.
Think that on the day of death we have an appointment with God, at that moment we will be asked about everything we did and also about what we did not do for our brothers. That day we will give an account of our actions and actions.
Not with these reflections I intend to instill fear, on the contrary it is to invite you to live like Jesus, to have it in your life, you never become the same again, because your life belongs to him, HE will whisper to your ear, how to act, his teachings will convert your thoughts in good works, he will surround you with his compassion and thus soften your heart and in the end his infinite love will change your life.
As a believer and convinced that Jesus governs all my life, every day when I open my eyes the first thing I do is give thanks, for allowing me to wake up, when I go to bed I also thank for all the good and not so good that happened during the day and I ask for a quiet night and a holy dead (I do not know if it's my last night).
Would you let Jesus, find you?
