Embarazo gemelar - Primeras semanas
Every woman is a world and every pregnancy is different, my symptoms do not have to be yours and vice versa, there are those who spend all the pregnancy with virtually no symptoms and those who suffer each of the symptoms, such as your pregnancy is a mystery.
If you suffer from nausea I will give you some advice that I did well, I always during my pregnancy I searched a lot of information in the forums and I have always consulted everything with my midwife.
It is essential to feel comfortable with your midwife and have confidence with her, if it is not your case I recommend that you change midwife, your support is very important
tips for nausea
- Avoid getting up on an empty stomach, always have cookies, sticks or whatever you like, when you wake up, eat a little and wait a few minutes before getting up, it is important that you take something solid before drinking liquid or fruit.
- During pregnancy the digestions are slower, that you will notice right away, so I recommend eating smaller amounts, every 2 hours approximately, the fries totally inadvisable, give a lot of refuse. Between hours you can eat, fruit, yogurt, nuts, dairy and as main meals all you can grilled, fish and vegetables.
- If smells give you anguish, delegate the kitchen to your partner, who will be happy to make your meal.
- Ginger (0.35 g / day) goes great for nausea, you can prepare cold or hot ginger infusions, I made it in cold with lemon and honey.
- If you see that with natural remedies you do not go nausea and you are having a really bad time, check with your midwife to prescribe the right medication. I am not in favor of getting medicated in pregnancy, so I only recommend it in case you can not stand it.
