Laws are laws and are "supposedly" made to protect those under it's surveillance, to maintain peaceful coexistence and are "supposedly" made into effect by the will of the people. I have chosen to use the word "supposedly" since it is quite obvious that when it comes to juvenile court system, the constitution is easily trampled on with no one explicitly opposing them and parental right are unlawfully "lawfully" killed.

Many CPS cases end up with parents getting their rights as a parent terminated by the court. The implication are dreary and something not to be overlooked, not even for a split second. When a Termination Hearing falls through and parents get their rights terminated, they instantly loose legal power they have over their children. They literally cease to be parents and their children can be "traded off" like a commodity without any resistance.
Because they are laws necessarily doesn't imply that they are "ideal and well intended". The implication of parental rights been terminated by the court when not relinquished by parents has a far more long-term effect on the lives of parents. The approval of "The Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997" made issues far more worst than good. It gave the permission for CPS to adopt off the children of parents whose rights have been terminated, and goes further into the future, literally.
The Act allowed a permanent "tagging" of such parent, It means that the state is entitled to take a way their kids at the present and every child in the future. I can't begin to imagine the rate of cruelty of this very "Act". The termination of a parent's right remain glued to them no matter what. This is the implication of this Act, the government literally comes to you and says "Thank you for giving birth to this beautiful child, but unfortunately for you, we can't let you have your child", because you had your rights terminated long ago, lucky for CPS!

This whole thing is a systematically planned and webbed way of snatching children in a continuous way. Many percentage of people who had their parental rights terminated goes on to conceive and birth children in the future never aware of what awaits them. In the whole of america there are just about "NINE STATES" that gives some form of "Reinstatement of Parental Rights", Just nine, where is the rest states!, and believe me, the process of getting this rights reinstated ranges from "difficult to extremely difficult to impossible ". Why would a government ever approve such an "Act" without first considering the impact?, well let me answer that question, "they want to keep snatching kids without resistance from the parents" same way the Nazi group ran theirs .
This part of "The Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997" have made it extremely easy for CPS to actively terrorize families both in the present and in the future, they just have to "sneeze" and your child is gone immediately after you give birth. You are either left with the Choice to travel out to a place where these laws do not apply and remain there!.
This is totally unfair and unideal. Some Laws that have been made are not supposed to be enacted in the first instance, at all!."A LAW THAT IS FUNDAMENTALLY FLAWED IS NO LAW AT ALL, UNFIT FOR THE WELL-BEING OF THE POPULACE"
The only way out of this devised wickedness is for Americans to petition for the "amendment" of this Act. But how can they actively do that when many are naive about the implication of this act and ignorant of this legal "hidden cruelty" called CPS. This is why we need to fight for families out there so they don't get to the stage of parental rights termination and crave for away where children never get to be taken illegally from their homes. All homes ain't perfect, but children are far more better off with their families, than with this group of "Traders" whose "Commodities" are children and family turmoil.
