"The SYSTEM is safe-proofed, protected and designed for Parents to lose!".
This is the truth every parent have come to understand when battling CPS in the corruption plagued courtrooms, most at times when it is already too late or just at the right time.
I am a person who do not find joy arguing with people to make a point and neither is it my hobby to speak against the government systems, but I am one who has now be opened to the truth by experience, turning my back from the injustice against the weak and loving parents IS NO LONGER MY STYLE. Was it before? Maybe, but not intentionally though.
I am alarmed at the predicament of us parents when we are investigated by CPS that makes me come to the conclusion that Criminals are more opportune than Us. Although this sounds odd and insane, but I will drive home this opinion that is more of a fact. With the system set in place in the CPS and juvenile court, Parents are set against a high standard of a rigged system that would combat every thing they stand for or strive to do to win their case. I come to the conclusion because I have met other parents in my state during the time I and my husband was at the mercy of CPS and I believe that this disease is present in every state or country you might come from.
Because something is legal to do or was systematized by the government does not make such legislation or systems just. The government have built a System that is unjust in all its dealing, during Hitler's time, all he did was apparently legal, but we have come to realize today that what he did was a crime against the human race. What then is legal at all time and still hold fairness and truth?.
The constitutional rights of parents are bridged by the talk of "anonymity". Many of the cases that leads to the intrusion of homes gets by without even the parents knowing their accuser.
You can not accuse a Criminal in the law court without a present witness ready to testify against such a person. You can not make false accusations because of fear of punishment of perjury. For a criminal to be persecuted by a law court, he or she even after thorough investigation needs an accuser that would be then founded or unfounded in such matter.
We see this every time even in the movies, that for any court to accuse someone of any thing, there must be an accuser.
But suddenly it all changes when CPS is involved, parents are turned to the odd side of these courts. The CPS simply comes knocking and turning our life into a turmoil by giving the excuse of "anonymous" tippers. really? really?..... We parents have the right to know our accusers, so we can look into their eyes and have them lie to our face if they are so confident!
Why am I been investigated, a criminal will ask, the criminal is told immediately. Change the scene, parents are left to joggle their senses, left spending time thinking about what they might have done and who might have made such call(most times are false or greatly short-sighted). Who has more rights and protection among parents and an actual law breaker?
Speedy trials in accordance to process are given to lawbreaker that they are duly convicted or discharged and acquainted as the case comes down before every balanced hearing. A scrutinized hearing where every of their relatives, neighbor and passer by can storm into the court to see how judgement is passed. And that's not all, lawbreakers get the right to choose a jury, of which are impartial. How fortunate for an criminal. But it is something else when it comes down to family courts, they old a system where a huge chunk of parents are threatened and oppressed to sign away their rights without a trial.
During our time with CPS, All my caseworker wanted to do is make I and my husband sign away our rights quickly. She would tell us to sign a paper quickly so they can leave us a lone as soon as possible.
Spoiler alert!, Don't ever sign papers without knowing what you are signing, don't even hold that pen. Never ever trust someone whose soul goal is to be paid by the number of children he brings in every month.
If you are lucky and strong enough to withstand this threats and get them to court or trial, we are left with no Jury at all. We are left at the mercy of One Man who would determine Our case in willful blindness and our children are taken away from us. The System never offer swift trials, our children are taken and we work out our cases for many long months. The system makes use of a closed format- The public are blind to the injustice we are served.
The public looks at us as though we are wrong, those eyes saying we were abusers, but I don't blame them, they don't know what we have to pass through at the hands of CPS, they don't know that at least 80% of parents are being lied about and falsely judged. My only prayer, is that CPS become exposed so the innocent can be vindicated, because right now all I see is a system that destroys family and loved ones.
