With a new caravan of "migrant dreamers" approaching our southern border (conveniently in time to disrupt the midterm elections) we can expect to see a barrage of news footage of innocent infants ripped from their mother's arms whose only crime is the yearning to be free and have a better life... yet the same leftist activists are silent about the same thing being done to mothers and families in America on a daily basis.
"It happens every single day – the parental rights of Americans being unconstitutionally stripped from them by a rogue CPS that routinely violates the Fourth Amendment and due process. There are so many examples of CPS criminality against innocent parents that it would take hundreds of articles to cover them all. One of these is taking place right this very moment in Mississippi, where CPS officials reportedly abducted a man’s young daughter under false pretenses." This took place back in June, but unlike the removal of children at the border (from non-parents) you never hear about cases like this from the mainstream media. Now CPS is being aided by the medical community validating kidnapping from loving homes on the flimsiest of evidence.
"An Ohio couple, Christian and Katie Maple, lost custody of one of their children after they disagreed with the school’s mental health assessment of their child." This is an issue I have experience with- my oldest son was "diagnosed" with ADHD... by a teacher! Not a doctor or even a school nurse, but a teacher in her early 20's. For me, that was the last straw- I took all of my kids out of school and fought CPS for nearly 10 years for teaching at home. The Maples, unfortunately, were not so fortunate...
"While the school diagnosed him with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), his parents, who know him better than anyone else, believe that his “rambunctious” actions stem mostly from boredom and not being challenged in the classroom. Camden has been tested a full grade above his current one and often finishes assignments before the rest of the class. When he spends the extra time doodling, Camden gets punished for his creativity." This seems not to be an isolated incident. Most colleges have become centers for left-wing indoctrination rather than bastions of higher education and critical thinking... in most universities the schools of education and social sciences are among the most progressive- it's little wonder that Camden's teachers fail to challenge him when they're barely qualified to teach a turnip. It's because of Camden's teacher's incompetence that he was removed from his home, not a nonexistent medical condition challenged by his parents.
But in the wonderful world of legalized kidnapping, any excuse to steal a child is a valid one. "Does that make him a disobedient or bad child? According to administrators at the public Bowman Primary School in Lebanon, Ohio, it does. They insisted that Camden is “mentally unstable” and needs professional mental health assistance to deal with his disability." So boredom is now a "disability." After a long discussion with Camden, who said he just wanted to see how the councilor would react, the parents said:
"The school thinks he is ADHD; we as parents disagree,” the Maples explained. “We believe that it stems mostly from boredom and not being challenged in the classroom. The school has tried on several occasions to get us to have him diagnosed, so that he can be medicated.” And predictably...
"The Maples made suggestions to his teachers about how to handle Camden. They explained that Camden doodles or becomes restless because he is bored, not because he has ADHD. Their comments and suggestions all got ignored, and the school decided to call Child Protective Services (CPS), accusing them of 'health neglect.'" This is going to become the new touchstone for medical kidnapping and more CPS intervention.
"After several visits to their home, eight police officers surrounded the couple’s house on March 3, 2017, and took Camden away based on false accusations and ADHD diagnosis. Rather than addressing the issues – by skipping a grade or giving him extra assignments – the CPS abducted a healthy, little boy from his loving family, stamped him with the label of a mental disease, and put him on damaging ADHD medication and mandatory therapy."
"The Maples are still fighting to get their son back and wonder if they fell victim to a money greedy school that wanted funding by having him diagnosed as a special needs child." As is the case with the vast majority of CPS kidnappings, there's money involved. Just as it is with the "Cash For Adoption" bonuses given to states that steal children from loving homes, we can expect to hear of more cases such as this one... and another tier is added to the 25 some-odd "professionals" involved in the child welfare system.
"Another state-sanctioned kidnapping of a child has taken place in the “land of the free.” A Maryland couple recently had their newborn daughter forcibly stolen from them by Child Protective Services (CPS) after a pair of rogue pediatricians decided to report them to the state for alleged neglect – though no neglect was taking place." This is a truly heartbreaking story about a baby girl who came unexpectedly and was home-birthed. According to Maryland law all home births have to be reported. The baby, Iris, was born underweight due to a tongue and lip tie.
"They continued their search until finding a doctor who seemed knowledgeable and understanding, but it was already too late. Because Iris was born at home somewhat unexpectedly, CPS was immediately alerted in accordance with Maryland state law. Everything from this point on would go downhill until Iris was ultimately seized from her loving parents and taken into state custody."
"Wanting to do things as naturally as possible, Iris’ mother decided it was best to breastfeed her daughter on demand – meaning whenever Iris was hungry, Jennifer would feed her. But several pediatricians disagreed, urging Jennifer to feed Iris formula as well, which the little girl couldn’t stomach and repeatedly vomited up."
"After going back and forth and cycling through several pediatricians, Jennifer continued to feed Iris naturally, giving her as much natural food as possible, only to see that her daughter was still not gaining weight. So they continued their search for answers, only to eventually receive an unexpected visit from CPS."
Apparently, the inability of infant Iris to stomach formula is a form of child abuse or neglect. The only thing Scott and Jennifer were guilty of was trying to find a pediatrician who could actually help Iris. After firing one doctor, he called CPS as a form of retaliation... things went downhill from there.
"The pediatrician in question called Jennifer and Scott later in the day after their visit, warning them that Iris wouldn’t “survive the week,” and that they should bring her to the emergency room several days later. Common sense would dictate that if a child’s life was in immediate danger that her parents should take her to the ER immediately, not on some future date – this strange situation prompting Jennifer and Scott to seek out yet another pediatrician."
"But they wouldn’t get that far, as CPS would show up at their house just one day after the date they were told by that same pediatrician to take Iris to the ER. CPS officials accompanied by local law enforcement attempted to seize Iris right then and there with neither a warrant nor a judge-signed court order, to which they declined."
