Why? Because of CPS' revenge.
At first it seems that this story started when CPS had taken away 4 adoptive kids from their new family. But in fact, the beginning had taken place much earlier, when the adopive mom had made a claim on social workers because of their delay in paying allowance for kids.
The mom was sure sure she just was fighting for her rights. In Russia many changes can be done only after "a magic push" like claims to the upper authorities.
This time the family was waiting for allowances for several months, but no money came. The family needed it much because they had 5 childen: 1 native kid + 4 adoptive children! The family was loving and happy, adoptive kids just adored their new parents, and the only problem for them was lack of money because of such delays.

But Mother's claim was a reason for a real war and revenge of CPS. After the claim the money was paid very quickly, but social workers got a remark and a reprimand from the upper authorities. And they decided to show this decisive Mom her real place...
In June, 2017 4 adoptive kids were taken away. The reason? The children's abuse and beatings. The fact is, the representatives of CPS investigated every centimeter on the kids' bodies, and they did found a bruise on one of them. The bruise was at the hip, and they boy explained he just ha fallen from his bike! But CPS didn't listen to it.
The psychologists of CPS made a real questioning for small kids. Children didn't say anything that CPS could use against the mom, so they had nothing to do but to create false replies and wrote them down to the official paper with conclusions. That's how the information about beating appeared there. In the court later children denied all this information but the system of CPS worked coherently when they really need it. They just connected this very abuse with false words about beating!
It is obvious that the medical examination and the questioning of children were organized not to find out the truth, but to scrape together at least some reasons for the already ready-made decision of the CPS.
After this horror the Mom remembered her claim made in May, 2017. And already in June CPS suddenly found out that she is a bad Mom. Is it accidental? Of course, not.
It should be said that the strange haste was manifested not only in taking children away, but also in the matter of their speedy arrangement in new families! That is, even before the guilt of the guardians was proved, before the courts in the case were completed - CPS already began to find new families for them and sent their photos to the official adoption site!
The family couldn't just agree with this unjustice and decided to fight. The first trial took place on September 19. but the decision was against the family. The family appealed and began to make the case be loud in the media.
In November the main TV channel of Russia made a programme about this CPS' outrage, it was obvious their actions were out of the law in many details! After this loud scandal, many of CPS workers just keft their working places! They have sceletons in their wardrobes, and it has proved it!

Nevertheless, the children are still in the orphanage! There is a documentary conclusion, indicating that these events have caused a serious psychological trauma to children, they miss their parents and want to be with them again.
