Do you think it's just a bad joke? No. It's our crazy world with its crazy CPS circus...
We all know cruelty and permissiveness of CPS, but sometimes when I get information about new stories about juvenile justice, it seems to me it just can't be the truth because it's too stupid!! But it's reality, and it's our life... How can such things happen???
The child was taken away from parents at the end of December 2017. Since January, guardianship banned any attending of him. So what happened?
This family just appeared under the CPS' observation, and often it's enough to find reasons for legal kidnapping. When people really want, they can find reasons for anything. If they have financial interest, like in the case of adoption, people're ready for everything. Like in this story...
It was an absolutely normal family, with adequate parents and a nice boy, until CPS didn't come. Who knows what will be the result of this story if Mom didn't ask for help in All-Russian public organization for the protection of the family "Parent All-Russian Resistance" (PARR).
It was founded in 2013 to counteract the system of juvenile justice that copies the mechanisms operating in the West, like the German "Jugendamt" or the Norwegian "Barnevarn". It doesn't have a lot of power now, but in some cases they really can force the situation and make CPS have responsibilitites for their illegal actions.
PARR took this case in the investigation, and began to help this family. They saw that all blames of CPS were wrong if not to say funny!
For example, one of the "facts" that CPS used as a reason for taking the child away was that his Mom had taken a freezing from cold dove in the street and had taken care of it for some time. Normal people would say it's humanity and the kind heart, it's a good Mom who teaches her son to be loving and caring to all alive creatures, but CPS wrote in their report that "the woman is mentally insured!". It was the main fact of blames, and all the rest facts were connected to this very reason, they just considerd Mom to be inadequate.
The woman gave them all necessary information about her mental health, she was healthy and normal for sure, but it didn't help.
So the boy was taken away in the end of the last year. During 3 months he was living n a shelter and didn't see his parents! All visits were forbidden!
But the most shocking fact (though what can be more shocking that blames about the sick dove?) was that CPS didn't have any document about depriving parents of their parental rights, the court didn't investigate this case, BUT the boy was already proposed for adoption!!!
Parents and the members of the PAAR saw different web sites about adoption where there was a photo and all necessary information about this boy who was described as ready for moving to adoptive parents!
The case was transferred to the court. Parents had all reasons to blame CPS in illegal actions.
The district court found that there were no grounds for restricting the mother of parental rights, and moreover, there were 3 violations of the laws in the CPS' actions.
The main of the violations concerns the fact that child was exposed on 2 websites for adoption as being left without parental care, while not only both parents are not deprived or restricted in parental rights, but he has competent relatives , who by law have a priority right to register custody. This is a blatant case of violation of the law!
Only thanks to the intervention of the public and the indifferent people, the child was returned to the family in March, 2018!
