The connection between CPS and adoption organisations is obvious, but it doesn't concern only cases when CPS take away kids from bad families and help to find them new loving parents, nowadays it has become real business for both sides.
In Russia and in many other countries, I think, parents who have many kids, even if they are adoptive ones, get good money help and different privileges from the government. The authorities try to make adoption popular and available for those families who can help kids without parents, but in fact it becomes a way of earning money for some "hell businesswomen".
The family from the Russian city Nizhniy Novgorod lost their 2 small kids (2 and 3 years old) in 2017. The reason was one of the most "favourite" and common used for CPS - unfavoravle conditions for upbringing kids.
The family really wasn't very rich, they rented a flat and tried to earn as mch as they could, it is the common situation for 80% of Russian families! Very few of them have their own house and high stable income, unemployment and low salaries are main tragedies for our country, but CPS knows their tasks well, and they know the main goal - to take as many kids as possible because they can get profit from adoption.
The mother was deprived of parental rights very soon, and her children were taken under the care of a foster family in the city of Chkalovsk, Nizhny Novgorod region. The guardianship initiated the case immediately on the deprivation of parental rights, bypassing the stage of restriction of rights, which goes against the explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court.
But the mother tried to follow all requirements of CPS to get her kids back: the mother legally registered her family relations and improved housing conditions. The woman filed an application with the court. At the same time, she asked the Public Chamber of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Russian Public Organization for the Protection of the Family to assist her in the return of children. It was the right desicion because only publicity and help of mass-media can change something in such injustice!
The journalists found many intresting details rather fast.
The guardian of children, has 7 more children, besides her own children!!! Moreover, the representative of the СPS and the defendant were well acquainted, they laughed and chatted at ease before the trial, and all wintesses proved it! Isn't it strange or doubtful? Doesn't it show it was just their well-made plan?
But for what? 7 adoptive kids! Why?
The journalists found out that this woman lived in the village where she had got a piece of land accordingly with the federal program for support of large families! To get free land which costs several millions - isn't it great for a mercenary woman?
Families who have 3 or more children receive social benefits to provide children with school and sports uniforms, they receive compensation for kindergarten, free medicines prescribed by doctors and a number of other benefits.
In addition, a one-time social payment of 1.2 million rubles is provided for the birth or adoption of three or more children.
So we can imagine, how much this "mother" got!
At first glance, the conditions are satisfactory: a separate new house, an agricultural territory, an area for cars. However, journalists had many questions : Why aren't there separate rooms for all kids in such a bog house? Where do they sleep, eat and play? Where is actually kids territory? Why is the most of the inner house land used for home pets, anf children's playground is taken out beyond the fence to the roadway? Why is not the gas connected to the house?
The last question was answered by the owner herself, explaining that it is expensive (about 1500$). It is really expensive. But the family took a loan for a foreign car which costs more than 15000$! The priorities are obvious, and the conclusions can't be wrong...
One more importnat fact - this woman had a conflict with one of her native daughter, she had expeled her out of the house, refusing her upbringing and maintenance. And she also had tried to get money from her for utilities in a house through the court!
Doesn't it show all motives of this woman? Why was the court blind? Why did CPS let this adoption?
The answer was clear: this woman adopts children not because of compassion for them, but to solve her own financial problems and improve living conditions!
Journalists have achieved dismissal of the СPS worker, who was responsible for taking the children away and adoption (the friend of the adoptive mother). Moreover, they have achieved a review of the case in court and having new facts, we hope that the court will make the right decision...
