Juvenile Justice in Germany beats a record in its outrage - they're interested even in unborn babies!
Germany, like many other countries, is involved in political games, and many state decisions depend on political situation and relationships with other countries. This very case is a bright example of political influence on CPS activity.
According to the statistics, Jugendamt (German CPS) pay more attention to the family of imigrants or mixed families, in which one of parents isn't German. The censorship is extremely severe there, and such families live under constant pressure and fear.
This very family is together in this photo. They are happy and positive, and even don't imagine soon they'll lose each other...
This German family is mixed one (Mom is Russian, Dad is German, but she has been living in Germany for many years). For CPS it means nothing, she is Russian, that's it.
So their tragedy began with Mom's care of her baby.
When her younger daughter was just 2 months old, she got a swollen leg, parents went to the hospital. When the doctors made an X-ray, they found cracks in the bone.
It was enough to call for CPS. No investigations, no analysis and finding out the reasons!
Moreover, they took away BOTH kids, because according to the European legislation, if a child was beaten or even suspected to suffer from it, both kids are taken away in order to protect both of them from violence. Mom was said so. But later when they studied to investigate the situation, it was found out that there is no such a law at all!
Parents spent a lot of money and time searching for protection from German lawers, but no result. Maybe the reason was in national borders and prejudices again.
Parents searched for the reason of the cracks in the baby's leg. It could be their way out. They studied much information and found out that the reason could be the lack of vitamin D. They immediately asked to make blood analysis - it turned out that its level was below the norm (it should be 30, but there were only 4 points). That is, the logical chain was lined up.
They were happy - misunderstanding was resolved, but how shocked they were when CPS even didn't include this material to the case!
Moreover, they started a criminal case against the parents in some days.
The war was long and cruel. Parents appealed to different courts, even to the Constitutional Court of Germany. Information about crystal disease of kids was taken into consideration, but it diidn't help.
Courts needed definite proofs about what had happened with the baby, at the same time no investigation were helded neither by police, nor by Jugendamt.
It was a breestfeeding baby! 2 months old, and she was taken away from her Mom! They even didn't let them see each other, and didn't let Mom bring breest milk to her baby (they said that she would never return home).
It should be mentioned that Mom being in despair asked one of CPS workers, what would be if she gaves birth to the 3rd baby. And she got the reply - he would be taken away too!!!
Soon Mom became pregnant again. And she was in panic remembering those words. The war about those 2 little angels was still hot, but she was very afraid to lose even an unborn baby!
Parents tried to find support in mass-media, but here again the same political boundaries - Mom wasn't German, the country has antiRussian political course now, and that's why no TV-channels or newspapers agreed to inform about this outrage. It was just norm for them, or they said the situation is too dangerous to protect the family from powerful Jugendamt.
Parents decided to find help and refuge in historical Motherland of Mom. They came to the Crimea. Their plan was to give the birth to the 3rd baby here, so it would be a guarantee of Russian citizenship for him, and Jugendamt wouldn't be able to take him away ever, but when CPS discovered parents' location and why they came there, they informed the family, that this baby would be in their list as well. They have no rights to take him to German orhanages but they promised to transfer him to the Ukraine! (because the Crimea was a part of it some years ago).
Mom gave the birth to her 3rd baby, a son, soon. And they really got court order about their plans to take away her new baby though he is a citizen of another country already.
The war is going on...
There is very little chance the family will be able to return elder kids back, they're already adopted by 2 different families, and all communication with them is forbidden. Parents found 3 new lawyers to fight more.
Last year 48,000 kids were taken away in Germany.
