Current events in my country has made the topic of the juvenile system fade into the background. But it has not gone away and continues to remain a hot spot in our society, a point of tension. When we don't see news about new cases every dayk, it doesn't mean they don't happen. And from to time breaking news about CPS still appears.
Another juvenile case occurred in Moscow. There was an accident in the family. The child decided to juggle with scissors, and the scissors stuck in his forearm.
Mom immediately reacted: she is a paramedic by profession, she pressed the wound, called an ambulance, and the child was taken to the hospital at her insistence.
It would seem that everything was fine. But this incident became the reason for a total check of the family. And now the case is being submitted to the commission. The mother is accused of improper performance of parental responsibilities.
The juvenile system that came from the West, it would seem, should have been abolished in connection with the abolition of the country’s pro-Western course. But it continues to act. We are dealing with monstrous bureaucratic inertia.
The mother fights heroically for her children. Especially for the youngest, who has a serious illness. Everyone around him sees this. But for officials this is not a mitigating, but rather an aggravating circumstance.
I watched the video that was made during the CPS test and visit to the family. They didn't like the presence of the camera at all...
And they didn't like when they heard that this case is under the control of the Russian Parental Resistance that fights with juvenile justice. The woman said that in Russia it didn't exist. Realy??
This story is not over yet. There is a commission meeting coming up. We hope that the officials will make the right, correct decisions and drop all charges against the mother. But the society and the community of parents are ready to fight for the safety of the family and for the good name of the mother to the end.
