Norway system of juvenile justice ( Barnevernet) is one of the most uncompromising and cruel in the world.
Studying much information about activity of CPS in different countries, the most shocking facts were found about Norway (Barnevernet) and Germany (Jugendampt). I've already touched the theme of German CPS, so now it's turn to investigate Barnevernet.
Total withdrawal of children from all strata of the population led society to the point beyond which is only... a civil war. It's hard to imagine but the facts are stubborn. Norway people just are tired of being afraid for their families, and those who already have suffered from their activities, now need to revenge.
Social workers of Barnevernet who are involved in kidnapping of children from well-off families visit police stations very often now. Why? Because now it's their turn to be afraid. They receive threats from different people about mass kidnapping of children from normal families.
Barnevernet's staff today urgently demands that police give all of them "alarm button" (emergency contact with the police), which they will press each time they receive a threat from parents. But police is neutral now and don't give any protection to Barnevernet workers.
The anger of parents is clear when we look deeper in activitity of Norway CPS.
- The whole number of children in Norway is only about 1,000,000 ! Every year 53,000 appear under Barnevernet's investigation. During the last 70 years Norway Barnevarn service has already taken away over 200-250,000 children!
- By decision of the United Nations, Norway has a lowered from A to B group on human rights. Norway is officially recognized as an unreliable country in the field of respect for human rights and the rights of parents to raise their own children. The decline in status occurred in 2012.
- Children receive drugs, including heroin, in social institutions "Barnevarn". Drugs and psychotropic drugs are used to calm children. As a result, half of the children in such establishments sit down for drugs and various medications.
- "Barnevarn" recruits former criminals and people with mental illnesses. As a result, children are beaten and raped in the social institutions. The mortality of children who were taken away from parents exceeds 40 times the normal infant mortality rate in Norway.
- From the Norwegian legislation the biological principle was removed - the principle of kinship by blood. Now, when making decisions on the child, only that family and those circumstances that correspond to the abstract "interests of the child" matter.
- The state system of Norway encourages the arbitrariness of Barnevarn officials, and parents have virtually no rights to protect themselves from the actions of such officials. The necessary for Barnevarn solutions for children endure children's psychologists who can lose their jobs if they write reports that are not suitable for social services. At the same time, Norway allocates tens of millions of Norwegian kroner for the introduction and promotion of its juvenile system in Eastern Europe, especially in the Baltics.
- In 2015, seven major companies working on the adoption of children in Norway earned 65 million euros.
- For all the years of Barnevarn's existence, no official has been held liable for the death of a child. At the moment, the European Court of Human Rights has launched an investigation into 9 cases at once in the Norwegian child protection system. This was achieved for many years by Norwegian human rights defenders, and the collection of information lasted five years.
