They just have orders from adoptive parents, and then seek kids for them, moreover, if there are no approptiate children in orphanages, they just make all possible to take a kid from alive parents. It sounds horrible and unbeliveablem but we are aware that it's our reality.
But there's another way of getting profit from orphans - to prevent their adoption! Sounds strange? I was SHOCKED as well!
Orphanages in Russia and, I suppose, in many countries, are full of kids who dream to have parents and new families. These kids were left in the maternity hospitals, or they just have lost parents, there're many reasons of this tragedy. Mass-media, advertisments, propaganda, social workers make all possible to make adoption popular and to help these kids to be adopted. But it's just the top of the iceberg. In fact, a cruel system of preventing works.
For what?
All orphans receive money from the state till 18 years old. In Russia this sum is about 100-200$ per month. Every kid! This money is saved in the special saving account, that is given to adoptive parents or to the orphan when he is 18 already, and he leaves the orphanage.
Moreover, there' s a state system of giving flats to such children! So when he or she is 18, an he hasn't been adopted till this time, he isn't lost in the life, he gets money, that has been saved all this time for him (200$ per month) and a flat! There're many special conditions, who and when will get these free flats, but nevertheless, the system works!
So orhanages have not only children-orphans but potential great sum of money and possible flats! Normal people even can't imagine, how it's possible to create schemes of robbing orphans! But money decides everything for some "humans", and such schemes exist...
CPS and orphanage workers are united in their wish to get profit, and they get do it both helping adoption and preventing it.
Adoptive parents tell their stories in public very rare, because they're afraid their kids will be taken away again because of scandals. But there're some open stories, that just shock all the society...
One Mom has told the story of her adoption. She has decided to adopt a girl of 3 years old, Karina, and she was sure it would be easy and fast, because she had all necessary conditions, and the girl had no parents. But the story lasted many months for her, and she could invstigate all details of this devil system during this time. She says, that in many orpanages children just are doomed to a slow death...
Lera, the adoptive mother, tells, that she managed to adopt the girl after a real fight for her. The girl was living there from the birth, and during 3 years there were many potential parents for her, but they all got refuses. As a rule, the orphanage workers just create stories aboutnon-existing diseases. and parents just deny to take such a kid.
Lera says that in that orphanage all kids have disabilities (as she was told by social workers who wanted to prevent adoption): many kids "have" heart problems or mental retardation.
So the scheme is the following: the adopter comes for a child, often from another city, but he receives information about his disability and refuses even to see him alive. Many parents want to have healthy kids, so they just deny adoption.
The scheme is worked out, everyone participates in it, starting with the regional operator, which issues the direction for adoption - but even with this document the adopter can not get into the orphanage.
People think their doors are always open for visiters and parents, but in fact it's no so. It's a great problem even to see kids, especially those kids who can bring profit for social workers.
Lera decided to find out the fate of Karina and take her from the orphanage, because the volunteers sounded the alarm: the child is in the base for adoption, but everyone who comes for her intimidates with diagnoses, and people, even without seeing the girl, write a refusal.
"At the time when I flew for her, more than a hundred failures were written for Karina," she recalled.
100 adoptive parents could give her a family, but they weren't allowed!
The assumptions about what happened to the child were the most terrible - an orphan receives a monthly allowance on a savings account, but she will hardly use it for herself when she is 18 because she just can hardly live so long...
Lera says, that by the age of 18, if children live out, everyone gets into a neurological boarding school, and here the statistics is awful: kids commit suicide or just die... And then it's just a question how to withdraw money from their saving accounts. Social "devils" have their schemes for it.
After long moths of fighting, Lera managed to adopt Karina! The girl was only 3 but she has already about 8,000$ on her saving account! If she is 18, we can imagine this huge sum of money that is so magnetic to all social "devils".
Lera tells that Karina was in awful condition. When they came home, the girl couldn't sleep for a week, she had a state like drug-addicted people have when they don't receive a new portion of drugs! Moreover, at the age of 3, Karina couldn't eat solid food!! Lera feed her from the bottle! The girl was very slim and couldn't do anything all healthy kids can in her age!
So it's not strange that in such conditions kids aren't healthy in orphanages, and they can hardly live till 18, and if they are lucky to do it, they will be helped to shorten their lives...
Shock. No words. Just shock and tears..
