FAMILY means:
- All the descendants of a common ancestor.
- Adults (a father and a mother) living together in a house with children .💑👪
- A group of people united by certain convictions or a common affiliation like a fellowship.👨👩👧👧
- A group of things related by common characteristics such as
closely related series of elements or chemical compounds...
Synonyms of family include, People Of The same ;
Ancestry, parentage, birth, pedigree, genealogy, background, family tree, descent, bloodline,lineage, line of descent,blood, extraction, derivation, race, strain, stock, breed.
From all this it is obvious that all of you here on steemit are my family. As we have similar interests and common characteristics, and are all under one body(STEEMIT)!.
But what's a family that lives in the same house but barely knows each other and barely knows about each others lives and friends and daily routine?
And so that is why I have given it much thought and have decided to incorporate this weekly program {powered by the #steemfandf initiative}.
The program will hold every Saturday, as I believe most people would have more time that day.
What would we be doing?
To get to know someone better ,you need to talk, you need to get see them, appreciate them know what they like and what they don't. So that's what we are going to be doing.
Majorly appreciating our families, both on and off steemit. Pictures speak alot about a person so alot of pictures will be included.
We will be mentioning family members that have impacted positively in our lives and we wish to appreciate them here on steemit and those who have also hurt us but made us stronger. All will be done on the family weekly program.
If your family is known for something specific, a particular trade or business or culture, this is a place to share it and let the community know what your group or family is known for.
We will also be discussing family issues. Any one facing challenges at home and wants to share it, or has advice for fathers, mothers and even children will be free to share their opinions.
SO IT'S BASICALLY A PLATFORM FOR EVERYONE AND ANYONE. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A FAMILY, PEOPLE YOU LOVE, FRIENDS, OR ARE IN A GROUP WITH COMMON INTERESTS. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.
TO LAUNCH IT OFF I WILL BE TALKING ABOUT MY BELOVETH SISTER (SARAH)
She was born on November 7th.
She is 2years younger than me, but people never notice because we are so free with each other especially when we are on outings. She doesn't over step her boundaries and I don't push her.
I love her with all my heart maybe because she's the only female companion I have, the rest of my siblings are boys..
And I want to use this medium to appreciate her.
She will be registering an account soon too.
She is a nurse and is dedicated to serving her country with all her heart.
So I guess this is a shout out to all the nurses out there.
