In Nigeria, catfish is used for pepper soup in mostly bars and restaurants. People call it "point and kill" because customers that comes to buy will choose by themselves and immediately help them to kill in their presence before taking it away to prepare for them.
Catfish is also served in social gathering, it is very delicious that people can't resist the aroma and taste when turned to pepper soup.
Catfish consists of Omega 6 and has fatty acids and the fatty acids can increase the risk of getting blood clots,arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and cancers.
When catfish is consumed, it is associated with reducing blood pressure and also help reduce risk for some cancers.
Catfish are kept in a big bowel containing much water to sustain life and once they are dropped on the ground,they become weak because what it sustains them is not there for them.
