In Europe, people need to hide in basements again. Only crime identified by the press: "Illegally living in the basement" - (a wine cellar apparently?) - presumably the issue here being that the couple did not inform the state of those 6 children of theirs existence. No signs of abuse or neglect according to authorities btw.
