One of my biggest passions is sharing resources, content, and news about the paradigm shifting, bad ass social good that is being done in remote corners all around the world.
So my story for today? Isabella Springmühl, a Guatemalan 20 year old fashion designer who is breaking down the stigma surrounding disabilities with her vibrant and beautiful designs that are fit for especially for people with Down Syndrome. She is also the FIRST young woman with Down Syndrome to present her work at London Fashion Week!
I first came across Isabella a couple months ago and reached out to let her know how inspired I was by her story, and how beautiful I thought her work was. She took the time to respond so graciously even though she's super busy and basically running a fashion empire / getting press all over the world! I love her work. It makes me smile and her creativity and strength remind me to keep dreaming big.
