Collectors Yves Saint Laurent shoes

Hi steemians, years ago, in 2008, a friend who worked at a fashion magazine gifted me this pair of YSL sandals, since i was a shoefanatic for as long as i can remember... 😅

It’s more of a collectors item and i’ve never worn them. They look a bit funny even with the toe shapes in the front and all the funky stars...

I kept them in my closet for years, who knows what they will be worth in the feauture...
I read on a few sites that at the time they came out they retailed for about $ 1000.

I always say a shoe or bag can be a good investment too sometimes.

I have my eye on a new YSL bag too by the way... but still have some steeming to do before i buy it 😁
