Stress is a very big part of life, everyone copes with it in a different way. I've noticed that sometimes people expect others to cope with stress like they themselves cope with it and this creates problems since it only creates a scenario where two people expect the other to behave a certain way and force them to behave like they behave and this in turns only create more stress . I've noticed that people sometimes think that they can measure if the issue is stress worthy of not; if they think It's not they just say get over it.we need to see that even if we think the issue isn't that big It's still obviously very big for the other person or they wouldn't be stressed now would they?
It's easy to look at someone who cries and tell them to suck it up and it's easy to look at someone who never cries to tell them that they are dead inside but the truth is that everyone handles it their own way, we should all give everyone else space to be themselves.
If you have someone in your life and they are a certain way, respect that about them instead of trying to mold them into being how you are.
