It takes courage to read in front of natives in their language(no matter that they are kids), and it is great that your kid was proud of you. It is a lesson to me also. I know some Italian and I am often in the opportunity to use it, yet I avoid it, because I am embarrassed.Maybe I should try climbing some trees, to get rid of the embarassment
