I think I am slowly picking up speed and confidence. Today I cycled over 8 miles and did a little bit of an adventurous cycle trail. (That was fun, even if I did crap myself flying down a decline)
One year ago I was a depressed coach potato who got out of breath going to the shop, so this is a massive deal to me and I wish I had started this sooner! Three weeks in and absolutely loving it!
I also walk everday too, as I have the dog now, so double amount if exercise. I have invested so much money in audiobooks its frightening!
