One is ultra friendly making itself at home a few times a day. It is happy to get close and personal with us humans. While the other is flighty and nervous always taking off to the clothesline when we walk through the door with meat for feeding. It has always presented as more juvenile clinging to the parent bird when its sibling was off and about independently. And even now as it flies solo it is still thingy in our company.
Here is a pic of it taken a couple of weeks ago with its parent on the clothesline, its safe place. It seems to really like us throwing meat up in the air. It is entertaining to see it fly up to catch the meat. The interesting part is that it keeps coming back!

The friendly baby butcher bird however is our favourite. We find it very cute as it makes itself at home on our deck. The last photos shoot that I shared a couple of weeks ago was the napping on the cushion theme. Yesterday, there was another not to be missed cute photo shoot.
Our little bird was happily perched on Ben's garden 'crocks' waiting patiently for its food.

Then, to our amusement it used the crock as a plate with its meat. It is such so comfortable and relaxed, almost a tamed wild bird ready to move in.

And when our cute little baby butcher is finished eating, it is happy to just sit keeping us company for a little while before flying back to the garden.

Cheers and Blessings
