Come and join me on the beach to watch some Terns in action.
Yes, in between the rain storms, we have some dry times and that's when life at the beach appears in a frenzy to feed and to enjoy the temporary sun. We were blessed with a great show by the terns and I wanted to share it with you.
Come and see.
To and fro the Terns flew enjoying the weather and having fun.
Ah! Here they started to gather on the beach and I could get them in a group.
We know that Terns fly very fast and some of them hold the world's distance record, so it's always with that thought in mind that I get them on camera.
Yep, they were all coming in to land near the surf.
Here is a closer look at some and the one with the yellow beak is the male, surrounded by his wives :)
And finally the guy at the back was getting more women to join him.
A bit of humor and a lot of fun here on the beach. It is the rocky part and only a few people visit this section, so often we are alone here. The birds also like the isolation and they flourish in this area. I have taken photos of many different species and will continue to show you in other posts.
Hope that you enjoyed this one.
And That's All Friends!
Note: All photos are my own and taken with a Canon Powershot SX60HS Bridege camera.
We hope that you have enjoyed the story and the pictures.
