I am so happy that i received a good reply from Coins.ph stating that i can now claim my money. There had been a misinterpretation and at the same time , the instruction is not clearly stated.
I am hoping that Coins.ph should put the claiming details in a much informative one so it would be hassle free for those who will be claiming their money from local exchanger.
I think i will still go through with my experimentation on Coins.ph , trying all their cashout methods and compare which is the most convenient and which one is the worst.
What i like best is that their support has been quite fast , and they usually replies my support ticket around 8:00am to 6:00 pm time , so that means they don't work 24-hours.
I think it is still ok since most local money transfers are not 24-hours and it is very risky to claim your money during night time. So i think their support time is still good.
I admire their dedication to their work and that they are very patient too even sometimes they are stressed with their work when they encounter concerns such as i have encountered.
I give them a five stars for their customer support, and they do deserve that. Thumbs up.
