#ALPHABETHUNT ~ THE LAST HUNTINGS X,Y,Z

This has been a very busy week for me, every day is full of challenges. I was looking at the deadline to post and was getting worried that I might pass. Oh, but I cannot break my promise to Hive account@barbara-orenya and how I am relieved to be able to post tonight. It's 12.23 am Malaysian Time... just 23 minutes past midnight, and so here goes my XYZ, the last alphabets before we bid goodbye. I really feel this hunt is quite tough but nevertheless, I hope you will like my findings.

1. XMAS

I took this photo in KLCC during one Christmas season. Whenever I look at this photo, I can feel the sound of Christmas songs, the beautiful lights decor, Christmas trees lighting up, the smell of Christmas cakes and cookies.

2. XEROX

These xerox machines sit in front of my office. Canon Copier Machine on the right is for black and white printing while the Ricoh Copier Machine on the left is for color printing. The machines can also do scanning and faxing.

3. YAM

In Malaysia Yam is called 'Keladi'. It has a texture like sweet potato, but not the same taste. Sweet Potato has that sweet taste and smell, however, yam has no strong taste and smell but the taste can be created easily. This means you just need to mix Yam with whatever flavor that you like. You can boil, steam, or fry yam, either way, is tasty. Here I show you how to prepare fried yam or in Malay, we called 'Keladi Goreng'. The method is to peel the skin, slice the yam thinly, mix with salt and turmeric powder. Then fry till golden brown and crispy. Your tasty 'Keladi Goreng' is ready.

4. YOGHURT

Yoghurt, also spelled yogurt, is a food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk, and the bacteria used to make yoghurt are known as yogurt cultures. I took this photo at a Supermarket.

5. ZUCCHINI

I bought a Zucchini and made Zucchini Salad with Bell Pepper, Almonds, Lemon, Salt & Pepper.

6. ZEBRA CROSSING

Finally, the Zebra is crossing the Zebra Crossing at the finishing line, YAY!
