While I was taught to use unripe baby fruits or the growing shoots of a fast growing plant I opted to do a whole plant fermented juice here. A little against what I was taught but this will work just fine in my opinion. For good measure I will ferment some aloe tomorrow specifically the new baby Leaf growth of the Aloe for good measure.
After reading 's digital notes from class there are key things not true to the technique that I did. Namely I did the whole plant and root instead of just the growing tips. No I won't share their notes but just an exert.
This plant is still unknown to me but I grew up with this being a common tumbleweed growing up. I believe it maybe a type of desert sage or a Artemisia californica?
Note: do not use coffee filters. Im out of paper towels and used a breathable cloth.
