Good evening Steemians! And.. Hey its 14th of the month again.. Its another special day of the month for love and appreciation! Did you ever receive gift from someone during last month's Valentine? Then it's time to express your love and appreciation towards the person who gave you something today! Well at least wish them if you don't.
This celebration actually originated from Japan. Then later on some other Asian counties such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Myammar and Cambodia starts to adapt it as well. Its actually a celebration in a way for the men who have received chocolates from girls during Valentine's Day on 14th February, have to return the favour by giving gifts to the girls. In the Japanese tradition of gift, they may be cookies, jewelry, white chocolate, white lingerie or marshmallows.
Well it depends on how you celebrate it. For me, it's just another day for me to express my affection and appreciation towards the person who have been my partner in crime all this while,
