Hello guys. Today being the 3rd of February, after weeks of planning and scheming the Fetch outreach phase one finally took place. Honestly speaking, I really didn't expect what I witnessed.
You know how we all seem to try to play out how a certain event would unfold in our heads before the deal day, my deal day turned out to be one full of emotions and gratitude.
Arriving at the Ikot Ekpene Government Children Home with gifts,it felt really good being able to help these children in our own little way.
Yes, we expected it to be more, we expected to see healthy children. In all we met with sweet loving kids that showed their happiness by dancing with us, and telling us about themselves a little in a personal way, considering the fact that pictures weren't allowed.
