Here we are again...It's Friday and time for some fabulous food for all my Foodie Friends at #foodfightfriday.

My garden is doing excellent this year and it was time to pluck some zucchini and create a meal with this beautiful veggie. I chose ones that were big enough to stuff. I browned some turkey sausage, added onions, green pepper, zucchini, once all those luscious ingredients were done, I stuffed the boats. Topped with some parmesan cheese, tomatoes, just picked from the garden, fresh basil and fresh oregano, just clipped from my #garden, into the oven they went.
While that was cooking nicely, I made some herb infused shrimp cocktail. I used thyme, basil, parsley, rosemary and my fav garlic, all from my very own #garden, with the juice of a lemon. The trick is to really get the soup frothy, before dumping in the shrimp.
Shrimp cooks very quickly, so do not leave the kitchen, don't take off that apron just yet. Once the shrimp is done, plunge them into a bucket of ice water, that keeps them firm and snappy. And that keeps me happy!
Once we polished off the boats that caught the shrimp, that went in our mouths with such delight, a little desert was in order. Digging out my mighty little food processor, I proceeded to pack that little engine that could, with banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and a dash of almond milk. Oh man, what a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
Just ask , he wasted no time with licking his chops.
