Well, this meal was delicious, and upon completion I realized two things.
I'm a very good listener.
I'm very good at following directions.
This entry consists of thinly cut Pork Chops, Apples, Carrots from our garden, and Red Potatoes from our garden.
After chopping every thing up as instructed we are ready to deep fry the egg battered, bread crumbed, flour dipped Pork Chops.
Fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil , with the garlic in with the oil.
This mixture is heated up.
Carefully place the batter coated chops into the oil, and stand back.
While the chops have been cooking, the carrots and apples have been cooking at a low temperature for about 20 minutes.
once the chops are done, spoon some of the apple carrot combination over the chops. They're ready.
Pull the diced red potatoes out of the oven. They have been cooking for around 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
They're ready.
