The layout, photos and text were your usual outstanding job, Glen. The meal was a spectacular collection of "drool-able" dishes that everyone must have enjoyed and eaten too much of.

Our dinner was similar and all-encompassing, as evidenced by the massive pile of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and a number of things I can't categorize. I washed all of them while the resident chef and our family sat and talked.

It was a perfect day for us, too!
