Man, if I were like a famous contributor to human civilization, the last thing I would want is some future idiot on social media thinking that my hard work somehow reflected positively on them because we shared some superficial trait.

At least minorities can be proud of surviving all the shit that gets flung at them in life. Being proud of being white is about the most pathetic sentiment a person can have. It's like being proud of playing a game at one of the easiest difficulty settings.
