I can relate to this. Winter, or seasonal depression built up over a number of years on me and I finally decided to quit the UK for the sunshine.

Four years away have helped me look at this season a touch differently, although I'd much rather not feel cold. A huge coat has certainly helped this time around and the negative thoughts have not been so bad.
