I'm with you Hive account@ekpickle there should finally be standard hours across the board. Finally the state of New York is looking at inforcing over time after 8 hours. As you know production companies, advertisers and crew all know the way to work around it. There has to be a better way... I've given my life to this industry and it crushes me that folks are treated so poorly.
