My philosophy - getting more for less. Finding best deals in terms of value/money, risk/reward, quality etc.
Living
I'm not going to start with any financial asset. Surprised? First thing that I consider being a bargain and great price/quality ratio is rent price in some countries. I will use KL in Malaysia as an example. It's a capital city with booming economy, convenient transportation systems and great weather.
You can hire an experienced programmers there for 1000 USD. Yet the rent price in one of the most luxurious skyscrapers are extremely cheap. For a 50 square meter modern studio you need only around 1000 USD a month.
Higher education in Denmark. For EU citizens.
If you are a European Union citizen then you can obtain a university degree FOR FREE in Denmark. Moreover if you work just 10 hours a day you will obtain a government grant of around 800 USD per month. Just because you are a student and you work. They have some pretty good uni like Aarhus placed in top 100 world universities.
Marketing and advertising
According to Gary Vaynerchuk the top three value for money deals in this industry are:
- Super Bowl ads
- influencer marketing
- Facebook ads
Agricultural commodities
One of the last remaining cheap assets on earth that are still in bear market.
Wheat is going down since 2012:
And Corn since 2013:
Corn:
Agricultural commodities (wheat and corn) are 4.55% of my investment portfolio.

Lunyr token
Collected 2 800 000 USD in the crowdsale but current market cap is just 6 200 000 USD which gives it 100th place on http://coinmarketcap.com/
Lunyr is an Ethereum-based decentralized world knowledge base which rewards users with app tokens for peer-reviewing and contributing information. We aim to be the starting point of the internet for finding reliable, accurate information. Our long-term vision is to develop a knowledge base API that developers can use to create next generation decentralized applications in Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and more.
Reason to buy?
Severely undervalued if compared to ICO price and current market pricing.
Alpha version to be released soon.
ICO crowdfundings
I covered it here: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@dawidrams/why-i-believe-that-investing-in-ico-crowdfunds-is-a-no-brainer-hot-ico-s-right-now
If an ICO is not a scam then there is almost no way to lose your money because even if the price drops occasionally it's really rare (Waves) and in most cases the returns are amazing (500%, 1000% you name it).
