This video shows the bank of England & FDIC plans in black and white to take back the losses from lower case shareholders and unsecured creditors... NOT from major share holders or board members! Unsecured creditors are people like you and me with deposits and savings in the banks - They plan to use OUR money to attempt to pay off some of the immense losses incurred by the bankers themselves, who will get off scot-free if we do not act fast and take out our cash ... while we can!
