Go Club Outdoors + Bumblebees & Flowers

It was Wednesday afternoon again. Hive account@gamer00 suggested that we play indoors this time because there had been showers. There were no showers forecast for the evening and I persuaded him to have the club meeting outdoors. That was a good decision. There's no more heat. It was about room temperature outside. Ideal for playing go. Jaro texted me he was going to be late. No problem. I found some flowers at the harbour and a number of bumble bees and other insects eating the nectar.

These were blooming.

Getting the camera to focus on these was not easy. I had to throw away quite a few pictures. At least it wasn't a boring wait. The f***ing wind was constantly moving the entire setup.

Another one that co-operated and stayed in focus.

This one is a kind of hoverfly, I think [Edit: I just looked it up and it's called a hoverfly in English, kukkakärpänen in Finnish.] (Jaro appeared as I was taking this and told me it was.)

No bumblebee

I played Jaro and Antti. Won the first one.

I tried to get closer to the bird but it flew away. A real camera with a telephoto lens would be nice.
