We went on a little trip from Valencia to attend the celebrations of the Virgen de la Paz in Villarta de San Juan, in Castilla-La Mancha. A religious event loaded with gunpowders.
During this procession they carry the Virgin de la Paz from one church to the other (maybe 500 meters) - in a very slow pace, while shooting rockets out of their hands. And that almost for 2 hours long!
It reminded us a bit of the Desperta in Valencia to wake up the city for Fallas. Such a neat event - stay tuned, there will be another video coming up where they shoot thousands of rockets out of batteries. Best would be to subscribe to our channel, so you don't miss it.
