Any of you who have thoroughly read my post will know that I am a certified fireworks display artist. What better time to launch a display, than on New Years!
We drove 2 hours out to Assesipi ski resort, which isn't much of a resort but its good enough to drop a few thousand dollars on two seperate shows.
Conveniently enough, this little ski resort is placed inside of a valley, so we were able to get one of the local farmers to go out there and clear a road through his field for us to setup across the river.
It's one of my favourite hobbies. Not many people can say that they go out every new years and blow off a pile of fireworks.
If you've been keeping up with my latest posts, you'll know about the cold weather that we've had here in Manitoba. But praises be to the luck of the draw. The wind was nearly non existent. Which makes for both shooting conditions, and also for more bareable weather. So, it was great!
