I have been one of his subscribers for a few years now. He delivers some very good information in his videos. One of the main problems I have seen in real life trauma incidents as a hospital guard, has been an unconscious patient that was treated in the field by a passerby of an accident before emergency services arrived on the seen was sued by the patient. Not for the quality of the basic life saving treatment he received, but because the patient was unable to give consent for the treatment.
some states will prosecute bystanders for not giving aid to an unconscious person if they are on the seen before emergency services arrive. It becomes a catch twenty two situation, give aid and possibly get sued or withhold aid and go to jail for negligence. Punishment for being a good Samaritan, only mans law can create such a stupid situation.
RE: SkinnyMedic - DO YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO TREAT THAT PATIENT?
