It rained for almost the entire day and I slept in the afternoon after a long long time. I knew this day will be a rainny one and it's normal for September. The sun did win a battle after 5 PM so I decided to go fishing. Aiming for carp, Romanian carp as we like to call it.
First I changed the line with the hooks and everything and then I dared to get out on the deck and try things out. I took almost two kilos of bait with me and served almost half of it right from the beginning. Hopes where high...
The one that I used in the hook was "polent". I don't know for sure if that's the English term but that's what google says. We call it mamaliga and it's made out of corn flour. Carp's favourite food around here...
Looks like the carp though wasn't to be seen. At least the Romanian one. I hooked by mistake some Chinese ones, which generally don't bite anything, but nothing from what I was aiming at...
It kinda pissed me off and screwed my ZEN that I was into when took the first pic. I am a fisherman so I have plenty days like this one so I got over it. I am not quitting though. It's just the beginning.
I will for sure have a future post with my catch. The one that I am going after. It's probably not the time yet, who knows.
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
