one of my favorite lures to catch fish is to use the Berkley PowerBait Pro Twitch minnow on a lead jig head. In shallow waters, i use 1/16 oz, but i can use up to 1/4 oz. However, the best way to use this is the lightest jig possible (given wind and current conditions).
