Yesterday was a great day. I woke up at 3 am, met up with a friend of mine, and then we drove down to Pyramid Lake, Nevada for a day of fishing fun. Pyramid Lake is a big lake north of Reno a bit, Lake Tahoe's water runs down the Truckee River and flows into Pyramid Lake. It is on an Indian Reservation and the fishing is heavily regulated there. This allows for there to be many big fish in the lake and because of this, it is one of my favorite spots for fishing.
We caught a total of 14 cutthroat trout between 3 guys on the boat, this is me with one of the first fish caught at sunrise. Great times!
This photo was shot with a friend's iPhone, I have many other photos of the scenery and sunrise that I shot with the Canon 5DS R but I have not had time to work on those yet...
I hope you all are having a great day out there!
