HOW TO INCREASE UR STRENGTH IN GYM
lets say in case of flat bench press
Pre requirements
Check the maximum weight u can lift for 1 rep
Lets start
Lets say u can lift maximum 100kg for 1 rep
Now start ur 1set with 40% of maximum weight i.e 40 kg
Start ur 2set with 60% of the max weight
Start ur third set with 80% of max weight
For last set decrease the weight by 20% i.e use 60% of max weight
Repeat this this for 3 to 4 week and u can see significant increase in ur strength
Note for all sets don't take any support
