Running under the influence like my title suggests should not be confused with running under the influence of psychotropic drugs or alcohol intoxication but running in sync with a great music playlist.
A great playlist can fire you up from 0 to 6 miles per day making you focus on something other than your body's need to stop after a few meters.
What constitutes a great playlist varies from one person to another based on individual tastes and preference.
All the same having a playlist will help you on your way to covering as many miles as possible and loving the experience even though your sore muscles says otherwise.
So my dear steemit friends.Go ahead and get creative with your playlist.Let it power up your runs and by extension your heart.
One last thing please do not listen to music above 60% volume on your device so as not to progressively damage your hearing and also be more conscious of your surroundings to avoid any unpleasant incidents while on a run like I stated on my last post here.
