Some of these meals are really hard to properly track, so I have done my best to take averages here and there. Even if we factored in me doing this wrong by + or minus 100 I am still on track which is good. I am not sure what the next logical step in the diet will be, it is hard to say. I might just continue to calorie count and just try to stay under the 2268 margin for the time being.
