For the Workout:
2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
4 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs
Can't stop now, just getting up warmed up outside! Once the weather changes I think it is time for a switch in how I do my exercise!
