Kinda a rest day today, but I decided to look up some things I have done in the past, and see about whether or not I have been doing them properly. Sit-ups for example I have been doing wrong for a really long time and had no clue about it. I also decided to try to see how long I can do a plank, 2 minutes and I broke!
So for the Workout:
2 minute Plank
15 Consecutive sit-ups
Nope definitely not much at all but like I said today was my rest day!
