2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs
I am cutting back my exercise a bit again, over this next week, and am going to re-assess the strategy again. I have found myself, cutting corners and typically dropping down to this work-out anyways over a longer period of time. I will hopefully find a good balance that works well for me, but this is my new work out, 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off!
