The Workout:
2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs
Day 2/3 before the next rest day, and I am feeling great, yesterdays little party was a blast, and I managed to have fun without participating in copious amounts of alcohol and or food. First stepping stone I guess is to give up that pesky peer pressure, that your friends always try to impose on you.
